Welcome to Asghar Interior. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website asgharinterior.com (the "Site") and any orders placed with us. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Asghar Interior has been crafting custom wooden furniture since 1980. We are based in Lahore, Pakistan, and serve customers across the country.

2. Products and Custom Orders

  • Most items sold through our Site are custom-made to order based on your selected design, dimensions, and specifications.
  • Product images on our Site are representative. Since each piece is handcrafted from natural wood, minor variations in grain, tone, or finish between the image and the final product are normal and not considered defects.
  • Production time varies depending on the size and complexity of your order. We will inform you of an estimated timeline when you place your order.

3. Pricing

  • All prices listed on our Site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may vary for fully custom designs, sizes, or material upgrades and will be confirmed with you before order confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; however, the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honored.

4. Payment Terms

  • Custom orders require an advance payment of 60% of the total order value before production begins.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion/delivery of the order, as communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • Advance payments confirm your order and reserve production time and materials on your behalf.
  • Once production has started, advance payments are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to fulfill the order due to reasons on our end.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Requests to change design specifications after production has started may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
  • Cancellation requests made before production begins will be reviewed on a case-by-case.

6. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by our own delivery team across Pakistan. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for the process and timeline for reporting damaged or defective items.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including our logo, brand name "Asghar Interior," product photography, designs, and written content — is the property of Asghar Interior and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information when placing an order
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Asghar Interior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products, beyond the value of the order in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your order shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
